Extensions – We like to engage with our clients at the very early stages of designing a potential extension to allow you to consider any barriers you may face in meeting your goals. We will then work closely with the architects throughout the project. Having all the skills in house, through our full time team of experienced people, your job will be completed when we say it will and to a fixed price.
Refurbishments – Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we are fortunate to have been involved in the restoration and refurbishment of many period and listed properties. This takes a particular understanding, especially when it comes to choosing the right products and suppliers. We also enjoy the challenge presented through the marriage of the old and the new – refurbishing old properties with a modern contemporary feel.
New Builds – Because we have the full range of skills in house, we relish new build projects and will manage the entire project working closely with the architects and planners.
Loft Conversions – Whatever the size of your loft, converting it can make quite a difference to any house. A carefully thought out loft conversion can add some really valuable space to a growing family, or perhaps for someone working from home. We will ensure your loft will feel like it has always been in use and offer practical advice on how to access it.
