The likelihood is that when we are faced with an unusual situation, we have probably encountered it before and will know the best way to overcome it. Design Build – Because of our experience we are able to provide a complete design and build service. So often, we can offer practical advice on what can be achieved with your property, and more to the point, what cannot be achieved.
Site Management - At jojo we run a tight ship and we are meticulous when it comes to leaving your house in a fit and clean state every evening. This attention to detail, and discipline, results in well managed projects and respect for your needs being demonstrated at every stage.
Fixed Price – How often do you hear about building projects that over run the expected costs? At jojo, we like to work on a fixed schedule and price basis, assuring you that there will be no surprises at any juncture.
Reliable – Because we pay attention to the little things, we can be accurate in our judgement of how long a project will take. We will not take our staff offsite (to work on other projects) until yours is complete. If we give you a deadline to finish a job, we will meet it.
Quality – Quality is apparent in our work in many respects. Our staff are highly experienced in each of their fields and we will only recommend using products that are suitable for the intended purpose.
